The Outspoken Summit began as an idea. An idea to bring individuals from across triathlon together to discuss the persistent struggles with gender equity in the sport. The Summit strives to develop solutions enabling us to move forward together to change the landscape for women in the sport. Its founding team brings their passion, experience, and love of the sport to organizing the Summit.
